(1) CELESTIAL ID is a service that allows users to sign in to the company's products, websites, and services.

(2) The methods and conditions for registering and canceling the CELESTIAL ID service are determined and announced by the company.

(3) Users must provide truthful information as requested by the company. Users acknowledge that certain essential information specified by the company cannot be modified or changed.

(1) Users agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth and announced by the company.

(2) Users agree not to create names, make announcements, or engage in any actions that imply unauthorized affiliation with the company, violate the law, or infringe on the Thai monarchy, religion, or morality, including political or ethical standards.

(3) All CELESTIAL ID information, passwords, and in-game items associated with the CELESTIAL ID account are considered the company's property. The company merely grants users the right to use the account, password, and items within the service period. The company reserves the right to alter, reclaim, suspend, or cancel these at any time.

(4) Users agree to secure their CELESTIAL ID and password. If there is any transfer, sale, exchange, lending, etc., users will be held responsible for any damages that may occur as if the actions were their own. The company will not be liable for any related responsibilities.

(5) In case of any irregularities in service usage, such as using cheating programs, intentional deception, disputes, or actions causing harm to the company or other users, users agree that the company may suspend the use of the CELESTIAL ID, both temporarily and permanently, without the user's consent or prior notice. Users also agree not to claim any damages.

(6) The company reserves the right to take legal action. It is prohibited to use any part of the game, such as reproducing, modifying, displaying, or publicly sharing, in a way that infringes on the company's copyright, unless prior written permission is obtained. Any actions causing direct or indirect harm to the company are also prohibited.

(1) Users cannot return goods without sufficient proof. If users wish to return goods, they may do so within 3 days of receiving them, provided they inspect the goods and notify us of any issues. If a problem arises and both parties agree according to the company's terms, a discount or refund may be issued.

(3) Party Authorization The user consents to the disclosure of their personal information in their profile to 3rd Party Payment Providers for the purpose of verifying and processing their transactions during the top-up process into the system.

(1) The company will not be liable for any damages, including loss, damage, or expenses arising directly or indirectly, incidentally, or consequentially, from errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, incompleteness, computer viruses, or network hacking, even if the company or its representatives have been informed of the potential damages.
